Submission Guidelines

EDGE Hack 2026 — How to submit your project

What to Submit

•A working prototype or demo of your solution.
•A GitHub repository (public or private with judge access) containing all source code.
•A short project description (max 300 words) explaining the problem, solution, and impact.
•A slide deck (PDF, max 10 slides) for the final presentation.

Submission Deadline

•All submissions must be completed by 2:30 PM on April 18, 2026.
•Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.
•Teams are encouraged to submit early to avoid last-minute technical issues.

Submission Format

•Submit via the official submission portal (link provided on event day).
•Ensure your GitHub repo README includes setup instructions.
•All team member names and emails must be included in the submission form.
•Slide deck must be uploaded as a PDF file.

Presentation Guidelines

•Each team will have 5 minutes to present followed by 3 minutes of Q&A.
•Presentations will begin at 3:00 PM and are conducted in order of team number.
•Use the provided screen/projector; HDMI and USB-C adapters will be available.
•All team members are encouraged to participate in the presentation.

Rules & Restrictions

•All code must be written during the hackathon. Pre-built codebases are not allowed.
•Use of open-source libraries and pre-trained AI models is permitted with disclosure.
•Projects must align with one of the five official hackathon tracks.
•Violations of submission rules may result in disqualification.
